Corporate Governance

Powerwin Tech Group ("Powerwin" or the "Company"), together with its subsidiaries, collectively referred to as the "Group") is a cross-border digital marketing service provider in China, providing standardized, customized and SaaS-based digital marketing services for China-based enterprises to establish overseas presence. The shares of the Company are listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The Company recognizes the importance of incorporating elements of good corporate governance in the management structures and internal control procedures of the Group so as to achieve effective accountability.
